Description

Section 1
a. Manually line up inner rail
b. Load rivets into vibration bowl feeder
c. load latches into vibration bowl feeder

Section 2
a. Latch moved and placed on inner rail
b. transfer inner rail to next station, load rivet on the hole and rivet it.

Section 3
Finished inner rail is leaving out of assembly section, and will stay on the conveyer for picking up.
