Chin Minn has developed an easy and simple machine to do assembly work. This semi automatic is good for small quantity operation, or 2 sections ball slides.
The function of this semi-automatic ball slide assembly machine is to assemble following four elements together.

a. outer rail,
b. ball cage,
c. steel ball,
d. grease

Line up ball cage on left side material rack, and line up outer rail on right side material rack. Robot will bring the ball cage running through ball inserting device. Balls will be fed and inserted into cavities on ball cage. There is grease dispenser which will instill grease into the rail runner.
